Build
We start with the person at the end of the room. What should they be able to do when the session is over, and where will they have to do it? The brief, the sessions and the way the day is run all come from that.
About us
A company built to take programmes further than they usually get.
Skill Forward Ventures develops, partners and delivers — across skills, safety and institutional programmes.
Vision
A stronger India, built on people who are skilled, prepared and ready for what comes next.
Our Mission
At Skill Forward Ventures, our mission is to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity by making practical education and skill development accessible, relevant and purposeful. We equip individuals with the knowledge, confidence and hands-on experience to build meaningful careers, adapt to changing industries and contribute to their communities.
Through collaboration with educators, industry experts, institutions and government bodies, we develop programs that connect learning with real-world needs. From strengthening professional capabilities to improving safety and preparedness, we work towards lasting outcomes—better livelihoods, more capable workforces and stronger, safer communities.
How we work
A programme has to survive contact with real people.
Partner
Where a curriculum, a campus or a local team already exists, we do not pretend to replace it. We bring the packaging, the coordination and the path into institutions. They bring what they know better than we do.
Reach
A good programme that never leaves the slide deck has not happened. We take the work to offices, campuses, factories, hotels, residential communities and the institutions that asked for it.
Skill Forward Ventures is based in Noida. Ready India, Government & Institutional work, and Campus Skills are built and run by us. GOSU is an independent brand. We are its India marketing and growth partner, which means we help the courses find learners, colleges and communities in India. We do not invent fees, durations or placement rates for any of this. Those appear only when they are confirmed.
